Violation of Amazon’s policies. It sounds simple, but it could be a wide range of possible outcomes. They include “sold product not as described,” “sold using new or inauthentic products,” and “sold products used as new.”
Sometimes, suspensions are also caused by intellectual property disputes. Sometimes, sellers may complain about an account selling products or using branding which is their intellectual property. In these cases, the account can be suspended. Sellers need to be aware that Amazon closely monitors accounts.
Sellers can be suspended for using an IP address or computer associated with an Amazon account suspended.
